When you create an account: your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password).
When you cast or save a chart: the birth date, time, and location you enter. If you save a chart, this is stored against your account.
When you use an AI-powered reading (dasha explanations, compatibility, forecasts, chat): your question and Rohshan's answer are stored so repeat views don't cost you credits twice, and so we can review and improve reading quality.
When you buy Rohshan Credits: we do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We only store which credit pack you bought, when, and a payment reference, so we can credit your account and resolve any billing questions.
Your saved charts are private by default. A chart only becomes visible to others if you explicitly mark it "Public" — and even then, you can choose to hide the exact birth time and coordinates (see My charts → Privacy).
Our database is access-controlled at the row level (Row Level Security) — even a bug in our application code cannot expose one user's private chart to another user's browser session, because the database itself enforces the boundary.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. It is processed by our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI-generated readings, and Stripe for payment processing) strictly to operate the product.
Your account and saved charts persist until you delete them or close your account. You can delete an individual chart, an individual reading, or your entire account at any time from within the app.
You can request a copy of your data, request its deletion, or close your account at any time. Contact us and we will act on the request as required by applicable law.
We use only the minimum technical storage needed to keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth) and to remember your display preferences (light/dark theme). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rohshan after a change means you accept the updated policy.
